Baseball is hard, and over-coaching by parents and coaches makes it even harder. If you over-coach, you could be pushing your son away from the game and not even realizing it.
Too many coaches forget.......practice is for teaching, games are for showing what was learned. It is ok to address certain unique situations in a game but not to hound a player into frustration. You all must know your players. Some player take coaching in different ways. some need a simple discussion, other need a more aggressive approach.

I wish all parents & coaches would listen to these episodes! 2nd year travel ball still a lot to learn but thus has been a great resource!
